JEAN'S ANGELS

Jean’s Angels is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that has been a pillar of support for individuals facing severe hardships since 2015. Our mission is to uplift those who are homeless, a family in need, victims of domestic and gun violence, children with terminal illnesses, and anyone who has recently experienced a traumatic event. We offer solace and assistance through an array of programs and services that aim to restore dignity and hope.

WHAT WE DO

Everybody’s situation is different. No individual should ever feel embarrassed or ashamed of, or afraid of being judged for, being the victim of unfortunate circumstances. Life has a way of presenting different types of adversity for different people, and no matter what you or someone close to you may be going through, Jean’s Angels is here to help get you through it. Between our annual trip to Disney or toy giveaways for underprivileged children, scholarship opportunities for any teenager going through any sort of tragic experience, care bags for senior citizens, and hot meals, showers, and clothes for the homeless, Jean’s Angels brings compassion and warmth to the lives of those who need it most.

OUR ANGELS

Jean’s Angels works closely with underprivileged children in the Tri-County community to make sure that they get to experience the fun that every child deserves. Every year, we bring 25 children to Disney World to give them a much-needed escape from any trials or tribulations they may be facing- and afterward, we continue to mentor them until they graduate from high school. We also give away thousands of toys each year to children in need. To learn more about how Jean’s Angels brings joy to tens of thousands of children in the Lowcountry area, please visit our “Angels” page.

People who are homeless are not social inadequates. They are people without homes.

Community outreach

Jean’s Angels operates by being proactive. We take the initiative to seek out those who are going through difficult times and take steps to better their situations. We give away thousands of toys to children in need each year, and we help supply families of small children with essential items such as baby monitors, diapers, and infant clothes. We also hold annual community giveaways for underprivileged families, providing them with important household items such as branded microwaves, George Foreman grills, mittens, brooms and dustpans, and more.
